Hrithik dines with Mallika Sherawat in LA

Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan and the sizzling Mallika Sherawat bonded over dinner table in Beverly Hills. There is no need to raise eyebrows as there is nothing brewing up between the two and they did not dine alone. Rakesh Roshan and the co-producer of Kites Brett Ratner accompanied them.

The group were spotted together in the renowned eating joint Mr Chow. Mallika had the paparazzi following her and she thanked them for showering adulation on her.When a paparazzi quizzed Hrithik about his upcoming movie Kites he said he would like to have a milkshake named after him just like Mallika has.

Mallika has shifted her base to LA ever since she started working in the Jennifer Lynch directed movie Hissss which she feels will give her a platform in Hollywood. Well it remains to be seen if Hrithik makes a short trip to Mexico to meet his Kites co-star Barbara Mori.

Mallika Sherawat to Endorse Play-boy

She came, she saw (or is it 'showed'), she conquered! We are indeed talking about the one and only Mallika Sherawat. After having won everyone's hearts alike with her superlative performance in Murder, Mallika went onto become one of Bollywood's most prized and desirable possession, a tag that she carries with her till today, with elan!

For those who feel that Mallika has done the great vanishing trick after her last release Welcome, here's some news that will actually act as some fragrance! Well, the news is that the international brand 'Playboy' (not the magazine, but the perfume) has been rumored to have roped in Madame Mallika for its launch in India, which should happen anytime mid-April.

Although it's not clear as to whether she will be endorsing the brand or be merely inaugurating the launch party, one thing is for sure, that not just the 'Playboy' perfume will be a huge sellout, but also will garner lots of bunny points for itself. What say, Mallika!

Mallika was Auctioned!

Mallika Sherawat, who is in Los Angeles (for the last three weeks now), attended a wine-tasting luncheon on March 15 at the Malibu Family Wines in California where she was invited as a special guest.

The event was a fundraiser hosted by the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA). The guests and invitees had to bid for a wine-tasting dinner for 12 people with Ashok Amritraj, CEO of Hyde Park Entertainment.

It was supported by Wells Fargo, and featured a guided tour of the vineyard, wine-tasting, a celebrity auction along with a lunch and a peek at IFFLA 2009.

Says a source close to the actress, "Mallika doesn't drink and hence did not taste the wine.

She was just more than happy about being invited by IFFLA to be a part of the fundraiser and giving her the opportunity to meet the NRI community and to discover its culture something she is so curious about."

The source adds, "She was particularly kicked about the Celebrity Live Auction event, which offered the winner the chance to spend a day with Mallika at a professional photo shoot.

And a chance to enjoy lunch on the set with Mallika and have his/her picture taken with the actress by a professional celebrity photographer.

The photo shoot with Mallika Sherawat was sold for $1400.

The funds would go to IFFLA, a non-profit organisation devoted to a greater appreciation of Indian cinema and culture by showcasing films, honouring entertainment industry performers and business executives, and promoting the diverse perspectives of the Indian diaspora."

After IFFLA, Mallika intends catching up with Hollywood actor Gerard Butler with whom she's on messaging terms. The actress will be in the US for another month.
