Hrithik dines with Mallika Sherawat in LA

Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan and the sizzling Mallika Sherawat bonded over dinner table in Beverly Hills. There is no need to raise eyebrows as there is nothing brewing up between the two and they did not dine alone. Rakesh Roshan and the co-producer of Kites Brett Ratner accompanied them.

The group were spotted together in the renowned eating joint Mr Chow. Mallika had the paparazzi following her and she thanked them for showering adulation on her.When a paparazzi quizzed Hrithik about his upcoming movie Kites he said he would like to have a milkshake named after him just like Mallika has.

Mallika has shifted her base to LA ever since she started working in the Jennifer Lynch directed movie Hissss which she feels will give her a platform in Hollywood. Well it remains to be seen if Hrithik makes a short trip to Mexico to meet his Kites co-star Barbara Mori.

Ash, Hrithik to sing for Bhansali’s film

We were expecting Aishwarya and Abhishek to make an appearance at Hrithik’s big bash for his mom on Oct 25, but they were not to be seen.

Considering Hrithik is a co-star she’s currently working with in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film “Guzaarish”, she could have made a short visit as she stays just two lanes away from Hrithik’s house.

As far as “Guzaarish” is concerned, we hear Ash and Hrithik will be singing a song for the film that will be recorded by Bhansali himself.

This is the first time Hrithik will sing for a movie. Aishwarya had sung “Apun Bola Tu Meri Laila” along with Shah Rukh for “Josh”.

In “Guzaarish”, Hrithik plays a paraplegic. Aishwarya plays his nurse who is married, but falls in love with Hrithik’s character.

Apparently, the duo is learning Portuguese for the film too.

All is well between Hrithik and Susanne

Much juicy gossip was spread around in the print and electronic media about Hrithik Roshan’s so called proximity to his Kites co-star Barbara Mori at the Cannes film festival which they both attended for promoting their film.

Repeated video clippings of Hrithik putting his hand around Barbara’s waist during a photo call at Cannes was shown and comments passed on how his dad Rakesh Roshan, who was also at the event, was feeling embarrassed about it all. Recently, there were rumours floating around that Hrithik’s wife Susanne had left him and gone to stay with her parents, doubting him of an affair with Barbara. Hrithik had denied such a thing and so had his wife.

We saw the couple on yesterday, May 19, evening attending the Heroes Project and Mumbai District AIDS Control Society hosted 26th International AIDS Candlelight Memorial to reduce stigma and discrimination against those living with HIV. They arrived together and were together throughout the event. Had there been problems especially after watching the clips of Cannes, they would have shown a hint of discomfort. But there appeared no sign of discomfort between the two as they looked very much in love.

Shahrukh-Hrithik stick together

Khan and Roshan have let go of their past jhagdas to stand as one against the Aamir-Sallu-Akki front Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan have been bonding big time. This new equation would be of pertinent interest for B-Town folk, given the Aamir vs Shah Rukh and Salman vs SRK battlelines.

And if that wasn't enough, there's also dostis blooming between Sallu-Aamir and Akshay-Aamir.

If there was any animosity between SRK and Hrithik (caused by the Krazzy 4 song controversy) it is ancient history now.

The Jodhaa Akbar actor and SRK have been catching up on each other often these days.

Hrithik has now become a permanent name on that elusive list of invitees to Mannat. He and wife Sussanne have been at all parties at King Khan's home.

Not only that, they even partied together when they were in Dubai last year for the opening of Atlantis. The dosti continues.

Ghar ki baat hai

SRK was at Roshan Jr's home a few nights ago. There were some other B-Town folk present at the get-together at his Juhu home that included Karan Johar.

Says a Juhu source, "It was no occasion as such, just a casual affair. SRK was there for quite a while. Later in the night, the host and the guests decided to play dumb charades of Hollywood flicks."

Adds the source, "The guests were divided into two teams of Hrithik and Shah Rukh. Both sides did their bit of miming and SRK's team was declared to be the winner."

It is learnt that of late King Khan and Hrithik have been catching up on each other often despite their busy schedules.

Close ties

"Though Hrithik is extremely busy with his home production Kites, he is still taking time out to catch up with SRK," informs the source.

"A few weeks ago, the duo were even spotted chilling out together." Over the years, SRK has developed a special fondness for Hrithik.

Apparently, when Krrish had released, the star son had a special screening for Shah Rukh to garner his frank opinion.

Later, when Hrithik was in London to promote the film, SRK (who was holidaying there) had hosted a special dinner for him.

The source maintains, "B-Town is slowly getting a whiff of the SRK-Hrithik bonding. Both stars refrain from talking about each other.

Hrithik is known for being extremely guarded while SRK has not yet given his reply to Aamir's recent outbursts against him."
