Charlie Sheen is demanding a raise to return to his CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men.

"At this point, because of psychological distress, it's $3 million an episode. Take it or leave it," Sheen, who reportedly makes nearly $2 million per episode, told NBC's Jeff Rossen.

On Monday's Today show interview, Sheen said that he's at war with CBS and the show's creator, Chuck Lorre, and that they're trying to destroy his family.

"They picked a fight with a warlock. They're trying to take all my money and leave me with no means to support my family," he said. Rossen asked him how he plans to win that war. Sheen responded, "With zeal and focus and violent hatred."

On Good Morning America Monday, Sheen also told ABC's Andrea Channing that he might sue: "They're in radical breach and sorry, guys, you screwed up." (Other parts of the interview were scheduled to be broadcast Tuesday morning on GMA and Tuesday evening on 20/20.)

Throughout the NBC interview, Sheen explained that his sobriety is a result of the "power of his mind." He nicknamed his home the "Sober Valley Lodge" and said he wouldn't allow the tenets of Alcoholics Anonymous to "contaminate" it.

"AA [is] a silly book written by a broken down fool who was a plagiarist," he said. "They think it's one size fits all. It didn't fit me and I got tired of subscribing to something with a 5 percent success rate. As a retired gambler I need better odds than that."

So how exactly did he summon his mind to get clean?

"The choices I was making were not leading to the results I wanted to. I woke up ... and said, 'Dude, you're 45 with five kids, let's do something different because this thing is boring.'"

He also said he will not be embarrassed when his kids grow up and read about his past.

Sheen said that he plans to stay sober and would even return to Two and a Half Men, although he demands an apology from Lorre and the network.

"Everybody thinks I should be begging for my job back, and I'm just going to forewarn them that it's everybody else that's going to be begging me for their job back," he said. "They owe me a big one while licking my feet."
