{alltv} What's Next for Charlie Sheen?

It's no work and no pay for Charlie Sheen — but will the Two and a Half Men star be cashing in paychecks from HBO soon?

Sheen won't get paid for the sitcom's planned four episodes that were axed when CBS and Warner Bros. TV shut down production for the season after the actor bashed creator Chuck Lorre, according to The Hollywood Reporter. It is unclear if the rest of the Men cast and crew will be compensated in any way, but Sheen — TV's highest paid actor with $1.2 million an episode — will miss out on more than $4 million.

However, Sheen claims more dough may be on the horizon for him. In a text message to
Radar Online, Sheen said he was "close to securing a deal" with HBO for a 10-episode, half-hour show called Sheen's Corner, for which he would earn $5 million an episode.

"It will be epic, all types of guests and we will focus on the truth and the absurd!" he texted to Radar.

An HBO rep tells TVGuide.com that there is "no truth" to Sheen's claim.

A call and email to Sheen's rep were not immediately returned.

Sheen also told Radar that CBS and WBTV's decision Thursday to stop production on Men was "crazy" and "sad." The companies made the move hours after Sheen called Lorre a "clown" and a "charlatan," and made derogatory statements about some of the women in his life (they're "turds"), Alcoholics Anonymous (it's a "bootleg cult") and Thomas Jefferson ("He was a p----") on the Alex Jones Show radio program.

Sheen also wrote an open letter to
TMZ following the production shutdown, further denouncing Lorre and wishing him "nothing but pain."
